Beat the summer heat with this refreshing and nutritious Hydrating Summer Smoothie, a perfect blend of strawberries, cantaloupe, and pineapple. 

This smoothie is not only delicious but also packed with essential vitamins, antioxidants, and electrolytes to keep you hydrated and energized. 

📌Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced 🍓
1 cup cantaloupe, diced 🍈
1 cup pineapple, diced 🍍
1 banana (adds creaminess and natural sweetness) 🍌
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (adds protein and creaminess) 🥛
1 tablespoon chia seeds (adds fiber and omega-3 fatty acids) 🌱
1 tablespoon almond butter (adds healthy fats and makes it more filling) 🥜
1 cup coconut water (hydrating and rich in electrolytes) 🥥💧
A handful of spinach (optional, for added nutrients without altering the taste) 🌿
